Returns & Exchanges – Zerini

At Zerini, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may need to be exchanged.

1. General Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your request.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

2. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
Carefully pack the item, including the invoice or a document showing your order number.
Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Once received, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

If you receive a defective item or if we made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately.

We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a fast replacement or full refund.
